Flexible Rubber Magnet Customized Process Description
1. Requirements communication and validation
Your role:
Communicate the application scenarios (e.g. advertising display, automobile attachment, electronic devices, etc.).
Define requirements: size, thickness, magnetic properties (e.g. surface magnetic field strength), use environment (temperature/humidity), whether adhesive backing or special shape is required.
Provide reference samples or design drawings (if any).
Our role:
Evaluate technical feasibility and suggest optimized solutions (e.g. material suitability, cost control).
2. Material options and program design
Material options:
Ferrite (economical and durable), NdFeB (high magnetic force), SmFeN (corrosion resistant).
Program output:
Provide technical parameters (magnetic energy product, coercivity, etc.) and 2D/3D design drawings for confirmation.
If special molds (shaped cutting/perforation) are required, explain the mold cost and development period.
3. Sample production and confirmation
Process description:
Small batch sample production (completed within 15-20 working days).
Samples include: physical magnets, test reports (magnetic properties, dimensional tolerances).
Notes:
Parameters will be locked after sample confirmation, and mass production will be executed strictly according to the sample.
4. Signing of formal contracts
Contract content:
Specify the price, delivery date, payment method.
Indicate the minimum order quantity (MOQ, usually 100-500 pieces, adjusted according to specifications).
5. Mass production and quality control
Production steps:
Quality inspection standard:
Full inspection of dimensional tolerance (±0.1mm).
Sampling inspection of magnetic flux (Gaussmeter test), temperature resistance, tensile strength.
6. Packaging and delivery
Customized Packaging Options:
Shock-proof PE film rolls, anti-magnetic spaced cardboard boxes, vacuum sealed (anti-oxidation), colorful hard brush boxes, OPP bags, etc.
Logistics Support:
Global express/sea transportation, provide logistics tracking number.
7. After-sales and follow-up
Service Commitment:
If the magnet quality problem is caused by our own reasons, please take a video record and count the number of defective products and feedback to the customer service staff, we will give you a satisfactory answer at the first time.
