The adhesive surface leaves no residue that is difficult to remove. They are suitable for use on smooth surfaces such as metal, wood, and tiles.  

Each magnetic point can support a weight of approximately 40-50g. If you need to lift heavier items, it is recommended to use multiple magnetic points simultaneously.

Production Process of Flexible Rubber Magnets:

• Step 1: Prepare raw materials, ferrite magnetic powder, and rubber/plastic resin materials.
• Step 2: Mixing. Use a machine to mix the materials evenly, then use extrusion or calendering technology to form sheets or rolls.
• Step 3: Magnetization. Magnetize using a multi-pole or axial method, typically on one side only. This magnetization method also achieves the strongest magnetic properties.
• Step 4: If there are special requirements for appearance, such as writable surfaces or adhesive backing, processing is performed at this step. Surfaces can be laminated with PVC, PP, paper, or adhesive backing.
• Step 5: Cutting. Cut the magnets to the customer's specified dimensions.
• Step 6: Quality inspection. Ensure that the Gauss strength, thickness, surface finish, and adhesive quality meet standards.
• Step 7: Packaging. Carefully roll and pack the magnets in protective packaging to prevent deformation during transportation. Use cardboard boxes or pallets depending on the order quantity.
